When will my order ship? Our Sea Moss Gummies are handcrafted in small batches to ensure maximum freshness and quality. Because each batch is made in-house, orders typically require 3–7 working days for production and packing before dispatch. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.

Why does shipping take longer than other online stores? Unlike large retailers that store products in warehouses for months, we make our Sea Moss Gummies in small, artisan batches. This means your order is often prepared specifically for you, ensuring ultimate freshness. We are a small business focused on quality rather than mass production.

Do you offer Amazon-style next-day delivery? No. We are not a mass-production facility or a fulfillment warehouse. Our products are handmade in-house in small batches, and careful production takes time. If you need a product urgently, please contact us before ordering to discuss our current lead times.

My order hasn’t shipped yet. Is something wrong? Not at all. If your order was placed within the last 7 working days, it is likely still in our production queue. Because we make everything fresh, processing times can vary slightly depending on current demand. If your order has exceeded our 7 working day timeframe, please drop us a message and we will be happy to provide an update.

Freshness & Storage

How fresh are the gummies when they arrive? Freshness is our top priority. Our Sea Moss Gummies are produced regularly in small quantities and are never stored for extended periods, meaning they arrive at your door at their freshest possible stage. Please refrigerate asap.

What is the shelf life of the gummies? Our Sea Moss Gummies have a shelf life of approximately 14 days at in the Fridge.

Why don’t you keep large amounts of stock on hand? Because our natural ingredients are freshest when consumed early, we intentionally avoid large-scale inventory storage. Making smaller batches drastically reduces waste and guarantees you receive a superior, fresh product.

Order Tracking & Support

How can I track my order? Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking link. Please note that tracking information only becomes active after your order has been freshly made and handed over to our courier.

Can I contact you for an order update? Of course. However, to help us manage our kitchen workflow, please check these three things before reaching out:

  1. Your original order confirmation email.

  2. Your junk/spam folder for a shipping confirmation email.

  3. Whether your order is still within the 3–7 working day production window.

If it's within the window, your gummies are being crafted normally!

What happens if demand is unusually high? During new product launches, promotions, or busy holiday periods, processing times may occasionally run slightly over. If this happens, we will proactively email you to communicate any significant delays. We truly appreciate your patience while we prepare your order.
